The Bridge Trabalho Temporário is looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Relations Representative for a renowned sports company in Lisbon. If you're passionate about sports and want to be part of a dynamic and growing team, this opportunity is for you!
What You’ll Do:
- Engage with customers, offering exceptional support and guidance tailored to their needs.
- Assist with inquiries related to memberships, product information, and service updates.
- Ensure a high-quality experience for every customer interaction, focusing on detail and precision.
- Fluent Dutch (spoken and written) and intermediate English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and solve problems creatively.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and standard office software.
- Availability for rotating shifts.

- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (40 hours/week).
