We aim to integrate a new talent to our CTO (Configure To Order) team. The CTO Mechanical Team Leader will lead a team of 13 CTO engineers working together to deliver the BOM (Bills Of Materials) needed to launch our project in production.

Your Mission

• CTO : Configure To Order
• Lead a team of 13 designers, include configuration and custom design.
• Ensure for all the design : Safety - Quality - Leadtime - cost
• Operative role, participate to the critical projects review
• RCA and problem solving skills
• Ensure training and developpment of the team.
• Sens of responsibility.
• Maintain tth team Kpis
• Perform and lead the SIM

Your Profile

• Mechanical bakground
• Skills in management
• Leader profile
• Transversal projects / region communication.
• Familiar with BOM
• Rigourous
• Collaborative work with different department (Equipment Supply Leaders, Purchase, workshop, Field Services Engineers)
• Software : Solidworks (or 3d equivalent) Auto CAD, PLM sytem (SAP prefered)
• Customer and quality focus
• Able to work and communicate with worldwide teammate.
