Content Moderation with Albanian - Lisbon

About the project:
You will be providing services for a social media platform where users create and share short videos, often set to music, covering a wide range of topics like dance, comedy, and trends. It’s known for its easy-to-use editing tools, viral challenges, and an algorithm that personalizes content based on user preferences. It is especially popular among younger audiences and has become a major platform for cultural trends and content creation.
Your tasks:
- Reviewing and Assessing Content
- Removing Inappropriate Content
- Blocking and Warning Users
- Keeping track of changes in platform policies and guidelines and regularly training on new directives.
- Fluency in Albanian(must be at least C1)
- Fluent in English (at least C1)
- Full working rights for Portugal - Residence permit or EU citizenship
- Nice to have previous Customer Support experience
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- full time contract
- Salary without accommodation: 1227 euros gross / month
- Salary with accommodation (discounted accommodation provided by the company in Lisbon) : 1040 euros gross / month
- Public and Private health insurance provided by the employer
- Initial contract with a duration of 12 months, permanent after 2 years (or 1 renewal)
- Private health insurance after contract signature (additionally to the standard insurance).
- Airport pick-up and administrative assistance with your registration in Portugal;
- Reimbursement of your initial flight expenses after 9 months of successful integration;
- Free Portuguese lessons, sports activities, cooking lessons and much more!!
