- Know IKEA products and actively learn their characteristics to present relevant and qualitative solutions to our customers;
- Be curious. Approach customers, demonstrating empathy and active listening, asking questions that allow exploring customers' needs and dreams, to arrive at the best solutions for their homes;
- Ensure that the products and solutions presented in the various sales spaces have adequate communication so that customers who prefer them can purchase independently;
- Analyze the capabilities of the available sales space, based on information in the system, to always ensure the availability of items for the customer;
- Have visibility into how different IKEA sales channels (stores, planning studios, website and app) can be integrated into the customer's shopping experience, for products and services.
