Campaign Marketing Specialist - Outbound & New Business

Who we're looking for
We are seeking a hands-on campaign marketing specialist to join Zendesk’s award-winning marketing team. This role involves crafting and implementing outbound programs to reach prospects and drive meetings, opportunities, and pipeline. The position collaborates closely with the Business Development team, as well as global cross-functional marketing and shared services teams.
The role requires experience in writing marketing email or content copy, or experience working in a sales development function. Additional language knowledge is a plus. What you'll be doing
Support business development and sales organization in content initiatives to build and update email copy and phone conversation scripts.
Help manage an effective and transparent content library within Outreach.io
Partner with the Business Development team leads and managers to regularly report on and provide insights on content updates, rep engagement, and efficiency.
With support from Sales Operations, maintain reporting and analytics dashboards to report on content programme performance, identify risks, and areas for improvement.
Own and contribute to EMEA adaptation and execution of global prospecting programs and sales plays
What you bring to the role
2+ years experience in Saa S marketing role with at least 1 year in content creation, sales enablement, or a quota-carrying sales role
Proven success in crafting and implementing lead generation or sales strategies, based on email, phone and social media touchpoints.
Understanding of B2B customer lifecycle and sales process, how to uncover new business opportunities to build demand and help expand existing business.
Excellent written and strong verbal communication skills in English, additional European language knowledge is a plus
Analytical approach and strong project management skills
Experience building campaigns with Outreach.io and / or similar prospecting tools, or familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, and Google Looker Studio is a plus
Outstanding project management and prioritization skills, handling multiple timelines with various collaborators
Customer-focused with enthusiasm and empathy to help businesses improve how they engage with their customers

This role must attend our Lisbon office on a weekly basis for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
