Backend Lead-Senior/Telecommunication Company

We are currently looking for Backend Lead-Senior
Requiremntess:
Prior experience with Serverless and Microservices
Proficiency in Node JS, Java, and Spring Boot
Familiarity with AWS services including Lambda, ECS, Fargate, Event Bridge, Dynamo DB, Code Build, and Cloud Watch
8+ years of relevant experience
Proven experience building and maintaining commercial production systems
Methodologies and Practices:
Prior experience working in Agile, ideally using SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), in a Dev Ops structure
Experience with CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment)
Experience working in highly distributed teams
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead a scrum team, potentially assuming a dual role as a scrum master
Good system-level understanding
Strong problem-solving skills
Analytical mindset
English and Portuguese should be at least C1
Location will be Lisbon, Braga or Coimbra and the working model will be on site/Hybrid
