Accountant Associate - Billing & Invoicing

Key Responsibilities:

- Invoicing and Billing: Be part of the billing and invoicing process and collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate billing.
- Financial Internal Reporting: Contribute to the preparation of financial reports, summaries, and analyses as needed.
- Assist in Audits: Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Customer Communication: Interact with customer and internal teams to address financial inquiries and resolve issues.
- Financial Recordkeeping: Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Undertake special projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned by the finance team.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting and billing and invoicing roles.
- Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Fluent in English
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced tech environment.
