Trade Compliance Intern with English/German

Trade Compliance is a wide area of Customs-related activities, consisting of International Law, Logistics, Vendor & Broker Management, and others. It enures that all import and export transactions are in conformance with the laws and regulations of the countries involved.

Your role:

• Preparing for executing the declaration/correction procedure in time according to customs legislations and requirements.
  
• Executing statistical customs and VAT reports.
  
• Helpdesk for internal customer inquiries.
  
• Executing (updating) Customs table management.
  
• Flagging possible problems and escalating when applicable.
  

You're the right fit if:

• You're a student of at least 2nd year of Bachelor’s studies.
  
• You're fluent in English (at least B2), German is an asset.
  
• You're available to work at least 30 hours/week.
  
• You have good knowledge of Excel. Power Bi would be an asset.
  
• You have an eye for detail.
