You can join our team as a Total Rewards Analyst providing Compensation & Benefits administrative support for multiple organizations and/or locations reporting to the Vice President, Total Rewards.
What you will do
Support the Vice President, Total Rewards in managing team administrative tasks and benefits onboarding with our vendors and administrators
Supporting the benefits team with benefits purchase order processing, reporting, benefits onboarding for new joiners with our benefits vendors and brokering teams
Supporting the compensation team with reporting, analyzing data sets and making recommendations, creating job frameworks, supporting the team with job
What is required for application
Experience working within a Total Rewards Team (3+ years)
