As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations in the warehouse, ensuring smooth processes, and implementing continuous improvements, even without a Warehouse Management System (WMS). Your support and motivation for the warehouse team will be key to achieving the best results. Your leadership and hands-on approach will be the foundation for achieving team and operational goals while ensuring a safe working environment.

Your key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the DC Operational Manager to achieve department goals.
- Support and develop team members to enhance their efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, providing safe working conditions.
- Supervise the daily flow of orders to ensure timely, complete, and accurate delivery to customers.
- Manage the flow of incoming goods to ensure the picking process runs smoothly.
- Be responsible for the efficient closure of warehouse operations at the end of the day.
What do we expect from you?
- You have a higher education degree, preferably in logistics or management.
- You have 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, focusing on process improvement and team management.
- You demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, enabling you to inspire and motivate the team.
- You can prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- You are familiar with health and safety regulations and ensure their compliance.
- You are accurate and have problem-solving skills.
- You are flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
- You have a good command of English, which is essential for effective internal and external communication.
