We are looking for a (Senior) Payroll Specialist for German entity (f/m/d) to join our international HR team located in Poznań, Poland. As (Senior) Payroll Specialist you support end-to-end payroll process of our German operations.
You Will Make an Impact By:
- Support the end-to-end payroll process for our German operations in SAP HCM
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of German payroll data
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless payroll operations and compliance
- Administer and manage company pension schemes, ensuring compliance with German regulations and company policies
- Identify and implement process improvements on an ongoing basis to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy
- Provide guidance and support to employees and stakeholders on payroll-related inquiries and issues
- Document and maintain the payroll procedures manual as needed
- Work closely with Finance team on account clarification, month- and year-end closing
Skills You Bring:
- Preferably more than 3 years of relevant experience (especially in running a full payroll cycle for a German entity)
- Profession in Accounting, Finance or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Finance or a related field
- A general understanding of German payroll regulations (wage tax, social security and employee benefits)
- Knowledge of Excel, experience with SAP HCM and Work Day is advantageous
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German
- Hands-on mentality and a keen eye for detail
- Willingness to learn and enjoy supporting strong and innovative processes results-oriented approach combined with a structured and self-responsible way
