Position Summary

Your Responsibilities

• Configure and customize SAP systems for Swiss payroll elements
• Manage change orders and service requests through the C4C system.
• Advise clients on optimal processes and system settings to enhance efficiency.
• Plan and execute testing phases to ensure system integrity and performance.
• Provide professional guidance and support to Operations teams.
• Facilitate communication with various functional teams and departments within the organization.
• Create comprehensive documentation of challenges and change orders in collaboration with other units.

Education & experience

• For regular position, minimum 3-4 years of experience in SAP Payroll customization
• For Senior position, Minimum 5-7 years of experience in SAP Payroll customization
• Comprehensive knowledge of Swiss payroll
• Proficient in English and German, both spoken and written (B2 level)
• Practical expertise is prioritized over formal educational qualifications.
• Candidates must be located within the European Union
