Sanction Screening Specialist of Supporting Documentation
Role is placed within Sanction Screening Hub in Olsztyn, Documentation Screening Team.
Documentation Screening Team is responsible for sanction screening of supporting documentation for EMEA countries.
The Sanction Screening Specialist is a an entry level role, responsible for capturing and screening elements in documentation provided by Clients in line with regulations.
Responsibilities:
Extract data from supplementary documentation in accordance with sanctions regulations and Citi standards
Disposition of sanction matches in accordance with sanctions regulations and Citi standards
Taking part in regular courses, making sure that you are up to date with sanctions regulations
Providing support to other SOHO Teams by performing daily business as usual activities
Proactive approach, raising issues with applications etc
Participate in compliance related activities to minimize losses
Assist with cash & trade operational project needs
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
Experience in compliance is an asset
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and data entry skills
Good understanding of English written and spoken (B2 level or higher)
Having "an eye for detail", being able to read the context of given a document
Being up to date with international relations and sanctions in general is an advantage
Having work experience in documentation handling is an advantage
Great communication skills, ability to work in team
Ability to work under time pressure
Touch typing will be an asset.
Ability to work in constantly changing environment.
