Your responsibilities

• handling and resolving escalated Accounts Payable, invoice and payment processing issues,
• ensure proper processing of internal and 3rd party vendor invoices and support processing with complex issues
• execute S2P month end close activities including S2P related accounts reconciliation
• handle vendor account statements
• answer and resolve vendor and AP workflow queries,
• prepare and process vendor payments,
• manage Travel & Expense processes, including audit of employee expenses, credit card maintenance etc.
• execute S2P accounting analyses and reports as assigned,
• identify, contribute and lead continuous improvement initiatives within the S2P function, ensuring that improvements are incorporated in the work routine.
• build good relationship with key stakeholders
• ensure robust compliance environment with applicable policies, procedures and processes
• prepare and maintain S2P related process documentation
• effectively collaborate with FSC India to secure E2E processes

What your background should look like:

• previous experience in one of the area: AP/S2P/Travel and Expenses Concur,
• good knowledge of SAP and Excel,
• analytical skills, solid problem solving and detail oriented
• strong communication skills
• ability to work with deadlines
• good time management and ability to prioritize tasks
• written and verbal communication skills required- English (B2) and German (B2)
