Your Job

Take part in real-time ad exchange development. Contribute to a custom in-house developed ad exchange,
actively engaging with a small team, and impact a product utilized by 3 billion unique users worldwide. - Focus on performance optimizations, including Docker and Kubernetes on-premise environments.
- Handle traffic scaling and ensure system reliability
- Rust/Scala, Kafka, SQL, Redis, Scylla DB, WASM, Docker, Kubernetes, Github, On-Prem
- Proficient with Rust
- 5 years of experience in software engineering

Basic advertising protocols knowledge (Open RTB, MRAID, VAST) and programmatic advertising mechanisms in
general - Ability to handle high traffic load and optimize performance
- system programming experience
- functional programming experience (Scala, Haskell, OCaml)
- WASM and WASI experience
- game theory or math modeling experience
- autonomous, self-driven, and able to work independently
- passionate about new technologies and coding
