We are now looking for a Reporting Specialist to join our Reporting Team at UPM Global HR Service Center located in Kraków, Poland.

By joining the Reporting Team in HR Service Center, you will have the opportunity to work both with data and with people. On the technical side, it is a great chance to work with the data, create reports, analyze and represent it. At the same time you are empowered to propose improvements and automations for different processes. On the people side, you have a chance to support the colleagues with challenges they face as well as to share your knowledge to gain the efficiency in HR processes. What you will do
-
Create and deliver diverse types of reports using drawing from our various systems, Microsoft Office, and other sources, following data privacy and security requirements, with strong detail orientation and confidentiality, in a fast-paced environment with stringent deadlines.

Provide customer support and guidance to local units and business areas on reporting questions, using excellent communication skills.

Support HR Services teams in creating reports and working with Microsoft Office tool, develop and lead training in reporting (processes and tools)

Create and update documentation for reporting processes, providing guidance on effective and efficient use of reporting capabilities with strong analytical and organizational skills.

Perform validations and ensure data quality by adhering to standards and compliance, implementing monitoring, and corrective measures, working independently with multiple people at many levels
Who you are

You are skilled and comfortable with MS Excel, including pivot tables, analytical functions, data visualization, and advanced formulas

You are passionate about figures, data visualization, systems, automations and improvements

You are a strong team player and enthusiastic to train others

You are eager to learn new tools quickly and committed to expanding your technical knowledge to efficiently support HR teams

Your expertise in Share Point, particularly in administration, design, and access management, would be a valuable asset

It is a plus if you have experience with VBA, Workday or Service Now
