The Regulatory Assurance team plays a critical role in shaping the way we work in the Compliance department and, to make sure we're doing that in the best way possible, we're now looking for a talentedanalyst to work in our Regulatory Assurance team. Here's what you'll be doing as a Regulatory Assurance Analyst:
Identification, analysis, and evaluation of AML tasks, and critical issues concerning the patterns and trends associated to internal rules.
Conducting regular Quality Assurance and Quality Control reviews, providing detailed reporting to senior management in an accurate and timely manner
Internal control framework review, building the library of controls, and testing reviews.
Conducting Internal AML training with specific plans and complete suggestions and recommendations for further improvements
Provide Mentorship support to the whole AML team
Analyzing processes and procedures to identify areas of improvement, compliance risks and implementing corrective actions, maintaining high standards across the organization
Provide assistance in developing and maintaining a comprehensive CRM compliance strategy aligned with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Support, contribute and collaborate with the senior management on new and existing projects in the Compliance department
General administration tasks in order to ensure that records are kept up to date and provide accurate information once needed
Staying on track with regulatory requirements (UK/EU)
Fostering a culture of compliance awareness and quality excellence within the organization
Promoting industry best practices and emerging trends in compliance and quality management
You'll report to our Regulatory Assurance Manager. Here's what we'd love from our new Regulatory Assurance Analyst:
You have a 2+ years of experience in the compliance area (preferably in banks or/and another financial institutions)
You have proven experience in compliance monitoring and quality assurance within the fintech or financial services sector
You have a general knowledge of applicable laws and regulations of the European Banking Authority, Financial Conduct Authority, and other supervisory authorities
You have strong communication skills in English and ability to effectively work across multiple teams in the organisation
You have strong analytical skills and attention to detail
You can think outside the box
You can work individually and within a team
You can multitask using internal systems to make decisions
You show a willingness to learn continuously
And if you can also do this stuff, even better:
Previous experience in control testings would be a plus
Advanced Excel and data skills
