Regional Supply Excellence Coach (f/m/x)

The Regional MSE (Mars Supple Excellence) Coach will drive operational excellence by ensuring that the MSE deployment in the region is in line with the maturity and business ambition. The Regional MSE coach will be the change agent to train and coach the Regional Supply team and the Factory management teams on the effective deployment of key MSE strategies and processes. The Regional MSE coach is accountable for regional business delivery through MSE capability building of Sites in the region.
Success will be measured by the results achieved by the sites in terms of operational performance improvements, capability building and demonstration of desired behaviors, measured through the MSE maturity assessment.

What would be your key responsibilities?

• Lead Implementation (design & execution of MSE processes vs Framework).
• Lead Assessment & Diagnostic to identify gaps to close.
• Build capability (general MSE / Technical capabilities/Loss reduction/Digital) across regional supply teams and Factory management teams, and provide input for MSE Academy training program planning process to ensure regional training needs are met.
• The Regional MSE coach will display competence in MSE/TPM combined with job expertise in AM, PM , FI and daily management systems to drive effective loss reduction activities through sites Go&See.
• As a continuous improvement manager they will drive a learning culture that embraces standardized work, utilizing the MSE framework to know (analyze), improve and sustain organizational performance.
• Accountable for Process delivery in service of business results.
• Drive PMO Governance of MSE.
• Actively participate in Co P/Co D to share learnings and best practices for standardization and deployment.
• Actively contribute to the digitization journey to eliminate no added value tasks, waste and improve productivity.

What are we looking for?

• 8+ years of experience in project management or managerial roles gained in manufacturing environment in FMCG industry.
• 5+ years of successful TMP development history (Expert in AM, PM, FI, FMOS, E&T and Advanced in S & Q).
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, MSC degree preferred.
• Experience in managing P&L in Supply / Manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record in multi-plant or at least multi-unit project management.
• Experience leading projects across different markets would be a great benefit.
• Delivered track-record on leading operational excellence transformation.
• Polish-speaker with proficiency in English.
• Willingness to travel up to 50-70% of a working time.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
