We are strengthening our Quality Assurance team in Łódź, Poland, and are looking for a QA Analyst who will play a pivotal role in testing our logistics applications. We develop e-commerce applications for warehouse management. Our intuitive software streamlines picking operations by creating efficient pick routes and rapid pick, pack, and ship workflows. As part of this team, you will work on web and mobile applications as well as integrations with other external systems.
Responsibilities:
Designing and executing test scenarios
Evaluating software applications and systems
Assessing software quality through manual and automated testing
Identifying and reporting bugs and glitches
Designing user guidelines and testing specifications
You will succeed in this role if you have:
Moderate experience using SQL to query relational databases and modify data across multiple tables
An understanding of test methodologies
Knowledge of web services topics (HTTP, REST, and JSON)
The ability to test and verify defects hotfixed in production environments
2-3 years of experience as a QA Technical Analyst
Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills
Experience in performing different levels of testing (integration, SAT, UAT)
Knowledge and experience with different types of testing (functional, non-functional, regression, usability, security)
Knowledge of black box and white box testing
Experience in designing and executing test scenarios, documenting defects/bugs, and reviewing and analyzing system specifications
The ability to work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
A minimum English proficiency level of B2 in both speaking and writing
