Procure 1st Line Advisor/ Supplier Onboarding

What will be your tasks?
- Efficient, high-quality, on-time and demand-orientated execution of the requisitions to order Process (Order Management)
- Indirect Contract and Procurement Master Data Management: Execute indirect Procurement Master Data Management
- Tender support activities for indirects categories: Execution of Indirects price request for indirects categories that fullfill defined criteria
- Handling Supply Related Issues and Invoice Queries
- Provide procurement application 1st level End-user support
- Support Supplier Management, Conduct Supplier Registration
- Continuous improvement: Contribute to Procure to Pay (P2P) continuous improvement
- Groupwide communication and work as one global team with the procurement locations in Telford (UK) and Dresden (Germany)
What do you need on this position?
- At least 1 year experience (Basic knowledge) in operational and tactical Procurement as part of the S2P process
- Knowledge of German and English at the level of min. B2
- Basic knowledge and understanding of the S2P E2E process
- Good knowledge in operational, tactical procurement as part of P2P / S2C process
- Knowledge in the usage of the following Procurement IT applications: SAP Ariba Buying / Guided Buying, SAP MM, SAP Ariba SLP and SAP MDG-S
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Ability to provide excellent customer service to vendors and internal stakeholders
