For our growing procurement department we are currently looking for PMO Expert - Supplier Performance Management.

PMO Expert - Supplier Performance Management will be part of Supplier Performance Management Team responsible for supplier performance including capacity, risk and scorecard management for the entire KION Group. The person will take the responsibility of leading projects as PMO and supporting global scorecard management and governance roll-out.

Tasks and Qualifications:

• Manages cross-functional projects and programs for KION Procurement
  
• Trains and support SPM experts to ensures application of SPM governance and processes
  
• Develops and establish a global supplier score card and leads supplier onboarding under the lead of SPM Global Scorecard Manager
  
• Support and/or leads task forces in the area Supplier Performance Management
  
• Works autonomously within the entire organization and across all hierarchy levels
  
• Drives various projects in parallel (multi-project management)
  
• Develops and implements standardized KPI reporting
  
• Prepares and presents status updates for the upper management
  
• Leads internal SPM transition and change management for global organization (EMEA, APAC, Americas)
  

Your Skills and Expertise:

• You’re a graduate of business administration, engineering or similar studies
  
• 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in an international environment - beneficial
  
• You have a strong organizational talent and a strong enthusiasm for project management
  
• You have good problem-solving, communication and presentation skills
  
• You a proficient user of Power Point
  
• English – fluent, min. B2
  
• You have experience with SAP, E-Source, and you’re interested in AI
  
• Nice to have - developing Power Bi dashboards regards KPI’s reporting
