Logistic Systems Engineer
Your Role
- Configuration, optimization & maintenance of Transport Management System and its’ modules
- Preparation, implementation and development of information for new Supply Chain supporting systems and software
- Collaboration with internal & external resources for all system changes, upgrades, and system outages as well as communication for operational availability
- Maintaining and development of system security control, risk assessment, collaborative mitigation assessment and communications as it relates to Transportation Systems
- Identification, development and implementation of opportunities impacting performance metrics, efficiencies, costs and controls of the Logistics Supply Chain.
- Communication of processes & system improvements to associates, vendors and carriers
- Supporting logistics workshops in factories
- cooperation with various functions across company
Your Background
- B.Sc and/or M.Sc degree, preferred in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering or Information Technology
- Excellent knowledge in Excel and other MS Office Programs
- Experience in IT software implementation (TMS, ERP, WMS)
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work under time pressure
- Excellent knowledge of English both verbal and in written
- Knowledge of Project Management tools and methods
- Experience in Logistics, Production Control or Materials Managements
