ABOUT THE JOB
As a Legal Assistant, your role involves general support of Legal Department, especially: documentation, drafting, contract management and compliance support. You’ll work closely with our Legal Advisor supporting international company environment on the daily basis. Proficiency in English, and can-do attitude are essential for success in this position.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO AS LEGAL ASSISTANT?
- General Support of Legal Department: Provide day-to-day support to the legal team, assisting with various administrative and legal tasks.
- Compliance Support: Support the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements (GDPR, CSRD, KYC).
- Contract Management: Oversee the contract workflow process, and operate within Webcon and Docu Sign environment.
- Document Management: Organize and maintain legal documentation on Share Point and Webcon, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Document Review: Proofread and review legal documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with current laws and regulations.
- Drafting & Documentation: Assist in drafting and preparing standardized legal documents.
- Training & Development: Support the coordination of internal training sessions on legal topics for employees.
WHAT DO YOU BRING AS A LEGAL ASSISTANT?
- Previous experience in a legal assistant, administration employee or paralegal role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with legal software and Share Point.
- Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, pragmatic approach.
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in law, business law or a related field.
