This position is ideal for you if: · you have gained some experience in sales of custom IT solutions for industry clients, · you have a higher technical education degree or are a final-year student in a field such as energy engineering, production engineering, automation or robotics, · you understand how software is developed and how IT can be used to improve industrial processes, · your English is perfect and will allow you to communicate freely with clients, · you are persistent, take initiative and always seek alternative paths to achieve your goals; Your assets will be: · knowledge of additional foreign languages, · active driving license category B and willingness to travel for business. As a Junior Sales Specialist, you will: · identify potential customers in the industrial sector, particularly foreign ones (as most of the company's sales are export-oriented), · conduct B2B prospecting campaigns (cold mailing, cold calling, social media) to generate leads for the sales team, · conduct market research to gather information about the target market, competitors, and industry trends, · collaborate with the sales team to develop a promotion strategy, · develop sales and marketing materials such as brochures and presentations, · maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data for effective analysis and reporting, · complete and archive sales documentation.
