Junior Customer Service Specialist with Spanish (She/He/They)

We are seeking for a new talent to join the Customer Service team in Warsaw. As an integral member of the project, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a leading technology company. Your daily activities will include responding to customer inquiries, addressing issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction in supply chain and order management area.
The work: As a Customer Service Representative, you will engage in growth-oriented activities, emphasizing continuous learning and improvement. Your responsibilities will include:
Answering customer inquiries and providing information about products and services.
Providing professional customer service in Spanish and English language.
Managing returns from customers.
Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Coordinating the resolution of shipping incidents.
Additionally, you will actively seek potential process improvements, ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service, collaborate with team members to enhance customer service processes, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Here's what you will need:
Full-time availability between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM from Monday to Friday.
Fluent English language (C1 level).
Fluent Spanish language (min. B2).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical skills.
Ability to work in problem-solving environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Experience in customer service, collections / accounts receivable processes will be an asset.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
Ability to work from the office located in Warsaw city centre (up to 4 days per week) and in hybrid model (2-3 days) after the training period.
