As IT Solution Expert, you have the opportunity to contribute to key IT projects aimed at supporting our company to bring us closer to a smoke-free future. You’ll define, configure and deploy quality, regulatory and clinical business processes in our Veeva platform to address functional needs while following PMI standards and practices. You’ll ensure that solution meet Product Owners requirements and adhere to PMI regulatory requirements and ensure that interfaces between system meets PMI architecture requirements.

Software development experience
Experience working in a Scrum team
Project and/or service management qualification(s)
Experience with Artificial Intelligence
WHAT WE OFFER YOU?
HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?
Bringing your IT expertise, you will be helping the project teams to understand the business needs and translate them into the IT Project requirements, support the implementation of such solutions, build future supporting operational processes. You will be the interface between our external solution provider (Veeva), our architecture, security, validation and operational teams and Product Owners. You will manage a vision for the evolution of our Veeva portfolios of solutions so they will ultimately help PMI to deliver a smoke-free future. You will ensure realization of the system’s vision by performing cross-functional experimentation to validate alternatives, including hands-on software configuration and promote experiments, new capabilities and learnings to other stakeholders to facilitate adoption and benefits realization. You will contribute to roadmap definition, continuous improvement of solution operations and the speed in delivery of capabilities and innovation. Your deep knowledge of the quality/regulatory/clinical processes combined with your technical expertise will help spark innovations which more than at any other places will have best chance to flourish.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Proved experience in IT Support / IT Delivery of Veeva solutions in a high-pace multinational environment - Veeva White Belt/Platform Associate Administration Certification
- Proved experience in IT Support / IT Delivery of Veeva solutions in a high-pace multinational environment
- Ability to work in complex cross-functional teams’ environments
- Action-oriented mindset, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, able to present complex ideas understandably both orally and in writing.
- Ability to generate, embrace, and implement new ideas, approaches, or business models. Demonstrates creativity, risk taking, and a forward-thinking mindset with a focus on creating value and driving growth
- Deep understanding of Industry Specific Regulations (Validation, Gx P, CFR21 part 11, etc) and Privacy (GDPR, etc) requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Biology or equivalent
Software development experience
Experience working in a Scrum team

Experience with Artificial Intelligence
