Who You'll Work With
You will be based in our Wroclaw office as part of our Client Capabilities Network (CCN). You will focus on the Telecommunications, Media and Technology (TMT) industry. You will be part of a global team of 60+ colleagues who help clients outperform and innovate across connectivity, media and new technologies industry.

Our more than 8,000 client capabilities professionals across the globe work alongside our consultants to deliver Change that Matters to our clients. They support our consultant teams, both remotely and at client sites, in an agile and targeted way. Further, they are core to our firm’s R&D, developing new knowledge and building and refining proprietary capabilities (e.g. assets, data sets), as well as curating, managing, and maintaining them. Our portfolio includes state-of-the-art research, asset-backed and rapid diagnostics, benchmarking, and workflow support. Our professionals have deep expertise and are able to apply a broad range of methodologies for specialized on-demand analyses.
Your impact within our firm
You will support Mc Kinsey TMT team by collecting, summarizing, analyzing, and synthesizing information that helps to solve specific business problems of our clients.
You will leverage industry specific resources to be a thought-partner to client teams, in order to prioritize research activities which will have the most impact. You’ll identify data, information, and/or analysis that will support problem-solving efforts.
Additionally, you’ll synthesize findings by preparing Mc Kinsey formatted end-products to include written memos, numerical analysis, and/or presentations. You will also collaborate with our global team to build and share industry knowledge.
This internship program will enhance your professional and personal development through mentoring and coaching sessions with tenured colleagues. This will last up to 12 months with a minimum of 25 work hours per week. You will have the opportunity for a permanent role depending on the success of your internship and open roles at the time.
Your qualifications and skills
- University student in the 3rd-4th year with a consistently strong academic record from any discipline (e.g. economics, finance, engineering, quantitative methods, etc.)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Drive and passion to deliver on challenging projects
- Collaborative and comfortable working in teams
- Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, in English and local office language(s)
- Interest in the TMT sector (telecommunication, media & technology)
