As a GBS Integrated Talent Management (ITM) Intern you’ll support GBS ITM Sr. Manager and GBS ITM Sr. Specialist in the implementation of the department Strategy & Plan. Some of the tasks would be:

As a GBS Integrated Talent Management (ITM) Intern you’ll support GBS ITM Sr. Manager and GBS ITM Sr. Specialist in the implementation of the department Strategy & Plan. Some of the tasks would be:
- Analysis of data and preparation of reports which will support the decision making process
- Coordination/administration of the Learning Catalogue (liaising with the learning support team and with external providers to organize trainings, administering & analyzing evaluation surveys, preparing purchasing orders, etc.)
- Preparation of relevant communications to employees
- Support in the implementation/execution of relevant P&C projects/processes
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- A university graduate up to 6 months after graduation or a student of a 3rd, 4th or 5th year available for min. 30 h per week. (preferably in Psychology, Labor Relations or similar related to Human Resources)
- English (fluent level)
- Good analytical skills
- Good level of Excel & Power Point
- Collaboration
- Customer orientation
- Learning on the fly (quick in learning new things and able to find his/her way)
