What is EMEA Custom Presentation Team responsible for?
EMEA Custom Presentation Team is responsible for creating and updating presentations for clients’ meetings and events.
This position is responsible for ensuring completion of all assigned tasks in a timely manner, as well as ensuring maintenance of quality, accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of those respective tasks/materials.
The team cooperates with global cross-functional teams to coordinate the end-to-end workflow related to presentations production, manages job stakeholder expectations and communications, and maintains a high level of service to various internal clients and production partners.
What are the ongoing responsibilities of Intern - EMEA Custom Presentation Team?

Supporting coordination of requests concerning custom portfolio management presentations for client meetings and events

Assisting with developing and maintaining high quality presentations that ensure brand and message consistency and abide regulatory requirements according to the local compliance rules

Working to tight deadlines when producing presentations for client meetings

Collaborating closely with Investment and Marketing Teams and data providers such as Performance and Risk, Portfolio Accounting and Investment Writers

Completing ad-hoc or special projects as necessary. Provide ongoing support to the team as needed

Managing multiple jobs at any given time ensuring on schedule delivery of given output
What ideal qualifications, skills & experience would help someone to be successful?

Current student status

Fluent knowledge of English (spoken and written)

A high degree of organizational maturity, a talent for working collaboratively in a matrix-responsibility environment, and excellent time management and prioritization skills

Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver upon numerous projects on multiple platforms in a high volume, deadline driven environment

Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in communicating requirements, documenting discussions and outcomes, and proofing work

Project management experience working in content production

Availability to work 25-30 hours per week
