The HRIS Analyst will be a part of a team that provides global system support to all our HR functions including Employee Central, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Benefits, Payroll and Compensation. The successful candidate will be highly analytical, process/detailed oriented, customer focused and bring a strong understanding of the Success Factors EC platform. Effective communication skills with the ability to prioritize projects and manage confidential information is required. The HRIS Analyst will play a critical role in the ongoing maintenance, optimization, and administration of our EC platform, ensuring they align with organizational objectives and support HR initiatives.
