YOUR ROLE

HR Specialist

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • Coordinating of the employee's employment process (documents, contract, H&S etc.),
  • Updating HR systems - local and global as indicated,
  • EB Strategy in the Region,
  • Supporting employees in communication of processes (employment, benefits), preparation of salary certificates etc.
  • Checking the expiry dates for medical health checks and H&S trainings,
  • Supervision on time management system – checking accuracy and data correctness,
  • Recruiting appropriate staff for CL business,
  • Supporting conduction and coordination of trainings and workshops within given CEVA policy,
  • Participation in local / central HR projects,
  • Performing other activities ordered by the employer as part of the tasks included in the job description.


WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • At least 2 years experience
  • University degree
  • Computer literacy, knowledge of MS Office package
  • Knowledge of labour law issues
  • Desirable: Communicative knowledge of English
  • Accuracy, regularity, communication skills, can-do approach
