HR Generalist with focus on payroll and administration
Part time (20 - 30 hours per week)
Tasks & Responsibilities
Ensuring legal compliance according to the national employment law
Taking full responsibility of the administration of the employees’ documentation
Preparing the payroll and ensuring correct salaries, taxes paid, etc.
Being the first point of contact in terms of national labour law and payroll
Ensuring attractive salaries based on the external and internal Benchmark in alignment with the subsidiary’s management
Being the contact person for governmental and/or other authorities regarding HR related issues
Consulting activities and ongoing support for employees and managers
Employee data management on the Fronius HR Management Software
Shaping a social working environment
Representing Fronius as an attractive employer to potential future and existing employees
Contributing to HR projects (compensation, data protection, employee handbook, safety regulations, etc.)
Supporting the subsidiary’s management regarding HR topics
Implementing and optimizing corporate HR standards in the role as Expert National for Human Resources – close communication and cooperation with HR International at the Fronius headquarters in Austria
Your Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
3 or more years of professional experience in HR an advantage
Profound knowledge of employment-related laws and safety regulations
Good knowledge in Payroll
Good IT knowledge (Excel, Płatnik, Word)
