What we expect
- Bachelor's or Master degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar position in the area of HVAC or white goods.
- Understanding of electronic hardware (schematics, electronic components).
- Knowledge of sensors, actuators, motors, etc.
- Demonstrated experience in using electronic measurement instruments (oscilloscope, signal generators, multimeter).
- Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Openness to occasional business travel to Lecco, Italy.
Your responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Hardware Tester/Electronic Lab Technician with a good understanding of electronic devices specializing in verification, validation and debugging of electronic control units. The successful candidate will play a key role in performing hardware tests, documenting results and support of the Quality Assurance department (claims verification).

- Verifying functions and technical specifications of electronic control units.
- Overseeing the quality, documentation, debugging, and release of electronic components.
- Designing and preparing Bill of Materials for developed products.
- Preparing and coordinating test activities based on international standards (UL, EN, CSA), including reliability tests, EMC tests, and functional tests.
- Optimizing and integrating development activities in cooperation with suppliers.
- Performing hardware tests, measurements and compiling test reports.
- Verifying claims in cooperation with Quality Assurance.
- Preparing and updating manuals for developed products.
- Collaborating with quality assurance teams, system designers, and suppliers.
