Group Business Analysis and Commercial Support Specialist
In this position, you will be part of our global strategic Business Development Team, who drive and support CANPACK Group's new investments. Your primary role will be to assist in the development of business plans, support project management activities, and enhance commercial strategies through data analysis and effective communication with global customers.
Your responsibilities will cover the following areas:
Business Planning Support:

Assist in the development of business plans by conducting basic market research and compiling data for commercial recommendations.

Contribute to the review and analysis of data from various departments and verify assumptions with relevant business units.

Prepare basic reports and summaries on market outlooks, ensuring data quality through validation and simple cleansing processes.

Support data collection from multiple sources and conduct preliminary analyses to identify trends.
Market Analysis Assistance:

Help gather intelligence on competitors, focusing on new investments and market activities.

Support in conducting initial market size and segmentation analyses to identify growth opportunities.
Project Planning and Coordination:
-
Assist Project Managers by supporting the translation of business objectives into clear project scopes and timelines.

Aid in defining project success criteria and support due diligence activities.

Participate in basic project management tasks, including monitoring progress and drafting project documentation.
Project Execution Support:
-
Help manage project resources and maintain project plans.

Facilitate meetings and provide status updates through simple progress reports.
Commercial Support Responsibilities:

Assist in coordinating communications with global customers to support commercial operations, strategies and initiatives.

Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities for products or services.

Support the preparation of presentations and proposals tailored to customer needs and market demands.

Help maintain and update customer databases to ensure accurate records for relationship management.
Skills and Qualifications:
-
Master's degree (preferably in STEM, Economy, Finance)

5+ years of relevant experience

Working knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, Power BI
-
Basic understanding of market research and data analysis techniques with ability to understand customer feedback.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Ability to assist with project management tasks and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Commercial acumen
-
Basic problem-solving skills to assist in addressing project and customer-related challenges.

Sensitivity to working with diverse global customer bases and understanding international market perspectives
