Your future tasks will be…
- Developing and maintaining the trainings portfolio (e.g. new joiner trainings, soft skills trainings, language / communications trainings, technical training for customers, Train the Coach training in DE etc.)
- Recognizing the need for training
- Creating training materials
- Implementation of current training methods (e.g. gamification, simulation, case studies, coaching etc.)
- Ensuring accreditation
- Improving participant satisfaction
- Evaluation of the success of the trainings
- Reporting regarding to trainings
- Active and regular co-operation with the international training team.
You are ideal candidate if you…
- Have fluent German (C1, C2) and English (B2+) skills
- Have experience in conducting trainings
- Have experience in creating training materials
- Have knowledge of methodology, didactics and rhetorical skills& questioning techniques
- Can provide constructive feedback
- Have strong presentation skills
- Have ability to speak in public
- Can work independently
- Are good in active listening, logical thinking and explaining
- Have ability to self-reflection and reflection on others
- Have strong communications skills.
