What's the job?:
Providing analysis to support business decisions
Drive process simplification, standardization and optimalisations projects
Building relationships across different groups of stakeholders
Preparation of reports for the needs of various stakeholders
Supporting end to end month-end closing process
Supporting forecasting, budgeting processes
Providing on the job support to less experienced analysts
Sharing subject matter expertise with the wider team
What you'll bring:
Previous exposure to leadership or mentoring would be an asset
Basic knowledge of Power BI or similar Business Intelligence tools
Previous stakeholder management experience
Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills (including attention to detail)
Ability to articulate complex financial issues in a concise manner
Great communication and relationship building skills
Strong financial acumen (including understanding of IFRS or local GAAP)
Familiarity with planning and accounting tools
Project management skills would be an asset
Ability to drive change, challenge status quo with continuous improvement mindset
