The Expert S4 HANA Study & Gap Analysis on ERP Migration will lead the evaluation and strategic analysis of the current ERP landscape to identify gaps, opportunities, and best practices for migrating to SAP S/4HANA. This role requires deep expertise in SAP systems, particularly in transitioning from older ERP systems to S/4HANA, ensuring alignment with business needs and technology trends.
The expert will conduct a comprehensive study, perform technical and functional assessments, and provide recommendations to support an efficient, cost-effective, and seamless migration to SAP S/4HANA. They will collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including IT, business process owners, and project management teams, to ensure the success of the migration process.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth analysis of the current ERP environment, including technical architecture, business processes, and data management.
Develop and deliver a detailed gap analysis report that outlines critical gaps, challenges, and potential risks in the current ERP system.
Define a high-level migration strategy and roadmap that aligns with the organization’s goals and timelines.
Utilize advanced knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture, Fiori, CDS views, and in-memory processing to inform recommendations.
Support the training of internal teams on SAP S/4HANA functionalities, helping them prepare for the new system landscape.
Requeirements:
8+ years of experience in SAP ERP systems, with a focus on SAP projects.
Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, including technical architecture, functional modules, and implementation methodologies (SDT, Green/Brown field… ).
Proven track record in leading gap analysis, study, and migration planning for large-scale ERP systems.
Skills:
Strong analytical skills and experience in business process analysis. (Expert)

Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Certifications: SAP certifications in S/4HANA are plus. (a BIG plus).
