Industry: banking
Location: preferred Gdańsk or Warsaw ( 1 x per week in the office, possibility of remote work to be discussed during the interview)
Remuneration: 160 pln/h net+VAT

REQUIREMENTS:

Have good requirement management skills including defining acceptance criteria (preferably using Gherkin syntax), Definition of Done, Definition of Ready, others.

Have business and technical background and great analytical skills.

Familiar with most popular requirement management standards (IIBA, IREB, etc,)
-
Experience of using Jira and Confluence.
-
Practical knowledge of Process Modelling and UML.
-
Practical knowledge of BPMN.
-
Communication skills, professional level of English.
-
Experience from analysing Compliance related business processes is an advantage.

Strong business and technical background and great data analytical skills.

Have good requirement specification skills.

Have ability to work both independently and as a part of a team.

Familiar with agile ways of working and methods.
-
Proactive, structured, detail-oriented and quality driven.

Identify opportunities for Process Automation in close cooperation with business units/business areas.
-
Work with SME’s on utilizing deep business knowledge in assessing the process candidates.

Apply your analytical skills and your ingenuity in intelligent Automation solution designs.

Act as a sparring partner for senior management in Group Compliance.

Constant support for our recruitment during the recruitment process and during cooperation.
