About the role
We are a fast-growing direct-to-consumer e-commerce brand based in the UK, dedicated to delivering innovative health and wellness supplements to enhance our customers' lives. We are seeking a talented Creative Strategist and Copywriter to join our in-house marketing team. In this role, you will be an equal part creative strategist and compelling copywriter.
The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of our brand's objectives and the ability to develop and execute end-to-end creative strategies and ad creative that resonates with our target audience.
Our marketing philosophy revolves around creating engaging, conversion-focused content. You'll be able to confidently lead our production team from ideation to execution and create performance-focused ads and campaigns that drive sales and conversions.
Responsibilities
Craft marketing content that not only engages but also converts, helping us achieve our customer acquisition targets.
Immerse yourself in understanding our brand's goals, inject your strategic expertise, and guide our production team to bring your vision to life.
Conduct in-depth competitor analysis, exploring social media ad trends.
Identify key target personas, develop direct response copy that addresses their pain points, and create compelling hooks and calls-to-action.
Collaborate with the in-house creative and production teams to develop and execute user-generated content (UGC) strategies that align with our brand identity and objectives.
Lead the ad creation process, working closely with our graphic design and video editing teams to ensure ads adhere to performance marketing best practices.
Work with the marketing and design team to create high converting landing pages, static ads, video ads and other marketing materials.
What We're Looking For
We are ideally seeking someone with several years of experience developing and executing creative strategies.
Above all, you should be passionate about all things social media. You'll constantly review the latest social trends to ensure our ads are cutting-edge and distinctive.
Proven track record as a creative strategist, delivering successful content geared towards customer acquisition KPIs (CTR and CPA).
Significant experience with scriptwriting for UGC, Meta ads, and Tik Tok ads is essential.
Familiarity with data-driven analysis and how to turn data into actionable insights.
Knowledge of competitor research using tools like Motion and Foreplay is a real bonus.
As a market leader, we seek individuals driven to be creative, confident in writing briefs, and relentless in driving results and solving problems.
Experience in social media analysis, including A/B testing, and implementing a test-and-learn approach to creative design.
Exceptional copywriting, communication, and attention to detail skills that demonstrate your ability to communicate effectively.
Deep understanding of marketing psychology, emotional triggers, conversion copywriting, proofreading, and storytelling.
