Job description:
There is currently a vacancy for Data Analyst covering information on Refinitiv Products in Exchange Traded Instruments organization. This role is a part of the ETI department within Data Operations EMEA, based in Gdynia Poland.
Successful candidate will be responsible for the publication of exchange data on Refinitiv Products. Among most frequent duties there are maintenance of data in Refinitiv databases, liaison with data providers and ensuring timely and complete resolution of queries from internal and external clients.
S ome of daily tasks you will perform as Data Analyst:
- Data maintenance and publication of data on Refinitiv products;
- Related database maintenance and liaison with various Exchanges, Refinitiv Internal teams to resolve data issues
- Utilizing knowledge of financial instruments to conduct data-quality/validation checks on suspect data within project testing
- Liaison with data providers to ensure that relevant information is delivered in an accurate and timely manner
- Supporting product enhancements (new functionality, new venues, classification change request)
- Maintaining required product/process documentation updated and complete
- Customer query response and resolution
- Work closely with product manager/BAs to identify data quality issues during project testing
- Troubleshoot database and product issues and escalate these issues effectively
- Ensure data quality and design/adopt QC techniques
- Proactively pick up issues & work with the team to resolve issues. Ensure team's quality of response to clients
- Act effectively during outage and lead data recovery across datasets.
- Keep high standards of Queue Manager system and hand-over emails in the team
- Engage in building a strong, cooperative team
