British American Tobacco Poland has an exciting opportunity for a CORPORATE FINANCE SPECIALIST in Warsaw.
This role within the Corporate Financial Department (Statutory Team) will support daily financial operations, including booking payments, expense control, and audit assistance.
The Specialist will also help prepare financial statements and ensure accurate reconciliation of accounts in collaboration with Global Business Services (GBS) and internal teams. By working closely with business units and other finance teams, the role will ensure timely financial data, support system-related activities, and contribute to efficient financial processes and controls.

British American Tobacco Poland has an exciting opportunity for a CORPORATE FINANCE SPECIALIST in Warsaw.
This role within the Corporate Financial Department (Statutory Team) will support daily financial operations, including booking payments, expense control, and audit assistance.
The Specialist will also help prepare financial statements and ensure accurate reconciliation of accounts in collaboration with Global Business Services (GBS) and internal teams. By working closely with business units and other finance teams, the role will ensure timely financial data, support system-related activities, and contribute to efficient financial processes and controls.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Book incoming payments
- Settle and control company employees' business expenses
- Daily cooperation with GBS regarding the reconciliation of accounts with contractors
- Support during audits
- Control orders and invoice approval in the system
- Assist in preparing data for the Financial Statement
What are we looking for?
- 2 years of experience as a Specialist in the Financial Department
- Analytical thinking skills
- Good command of English & Polish ( oral and written)
- Timeliness in task execution
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
- Process orientation and attention to detail
