Role Purpose
Tate & Lyle has recently embarked on a journey to utilize a Process Mining tool called Celonis to identify areas for improvement within the business. As part of a newly formed Co E, this role will become a technical expert of Celonis to provide overall maintenance and support of this tool; provide technical support and analysis to the Business Value Architects as they work with the business to implement improvement opportunities (Use cases); develop automation improvements (i.e. Action flows, Alerts, ERP Write-backs) as needed to support the Business Value Architects.
Main Accountabilities
- Works with Business Analysts and Business Application Owner to translate business requirements and use cases into technical and data requirements
- Identifies all the source systems table and fields that need to be brought into Celonis
- Extracts, transforms and loads all source system data needed for each process implemented with Celonis
- Builds the Celonis data model for each process.
- Collaborates with relevant business experts to validate the data within Celonis
- Monitors and optimizes the performance of all data queries to ensure ideal response times
- Documents all technical and data requirements and all extract, transform, load (ETL) work
- Provides ongoing support for any data- related issues
Additional responsibilities
- Local ISIT site leader & business partner
- Represent ISIT in respective Functional (GSS) Leadership meetings and reviews
- Facilitate and create visibility of the ISIT local site activities,
- Laptop and screen refresh or local infrastructure upgrade
- Act as escalation point in the event of a crisis & BCP or unexpected outage event
- Collaborate with designated Business SME’s to identify future demand for key GSS demand i.e. Process Discovery / Simplification / Automation (Celonis + Ui Path) + Reporting
- Manage key stakeholders expectations and demand priorities aligned to value
About you
- Posses relatable qualification/certifications
- Proficiency in SQL coding and preferably Python
- Extensive experience in ELR processes
- Strong experience with relational databases modelling
- Solid understanding of the data structures of core enterprises systems (e.g. ERP, CRMO
- Familiarity with the data structures of enterprises systems
- Be a confident, proactive self-starter who can work autonomously with strong attention to detail
- An individual with excellent interpersonal skills, who can deal with stakeholders, deliver difficult messages who will be a good cultural fit and team player.
