Application Production Flow Specialist
Application Support mission is to provide technical and functional support to users of the banks several applications. In this role you will provide support to user's requests; incident, problem, and change management; coordination with other levels of support (BAs, Devs, QA, IT Engineers). In addition, it will be required to provide feedback to user and communicate on issue resolution.

REQUIREMENTS:
Technical: SQL / PL average , Java, Unix average
Material: Databases (Oracle, SQL Server, Unix/Linux scripting (ksh)
Software: CFT, FTP, Webshere (WSTX), MQ Series, schedulers (Control-M)
Systems: CFT, MQ, FTP
Languages: English mandatory
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implement flows in a timely and efficient manner.
Build and maintain a knowledge base regarding flows.
Build a working knowledge of the flows in order to share with support teams.
Processes requests for specific actions.
Creates control points as part of procedures and operating methods to ensure that work goes smoothly and drafts ad hoc reporting.
Prepare environments for releases and ensuring that the implementation and pre-production tests are carried out.
