Your New Role...
The Benefits Project Analyst role is part of the team based in Poland. This role primarily provides analytical support to the Director, International Benefits Systems and Projects. Activities are associated with the design, delivery, and implementation of Benefits projects in support of the business strategies. The main project is the implementation and ongoing management of a third-party benefits website.
Your Role Accountabilities…

Works closely with the wider International Total Reward team to ensure the benefits portal is up to date and all content is accurate in all languages.

Reviews benefits content and communications and ensures all content is approved before adding it to the website.

Supports the Director, International Benefits Systems and Projects, to deliver changes to the portal, working closely with the benefits website vendor.

Co-ordinates the change request process to ensure all changes to the benefits system are tracked and progress monitored.

Contributes to the design of the benefits website to ensure the system accurately reflects our requirements.

Completes testing of the benefits portal and reporting (including benefit provider reporting and payroll reporting) to ensure all aspects of the system are working correctly. This includes creation of test scenarios and managing defect resolution with the third-party provider.

Works closely with a range of people from across the People & Culture function to complete research and gather data to assist with the design of benefits in the system and associated processes.

Develops process documentation and assists with the creation of work instructions to support ongoing benefits processing and administration.

Completes analysis of benefit take up rates, system usage and identifies trends and recommendations for improvements. Translates analysis into creative dashboards to provide the data to a range of stakeholders.

Supports other benefits projects and compensation activities as required.
Qualifications & Experience...

Organisation & Delivery: Strong organisational skills with proven ability to multi-task and self-prioritise as needed, with a willingness to adapt quickly where priorities change.

Project Management: Prior experience in delivering projects activities preferable.

Knowledge: Previous experience in Compensation & Benefits and benefits platform experience preferable.

Communication: Strong communication skills that are clear and engaging, tailoring their communication style effectively to their audience.

Stakeholder Management: Excellent customer service skills exhibiting a high level of tact and diplomacy.

Collaboration: A global ‘one team’ mindset to support collaborative working across the team with a strong aptitude for working in a virtual and culturally diverse team; working effectively through email/teleconferencing.

Professionalism: Self-motivated and solution orientated, always displaying absolute discretion and confidentiality.

Strong Microsoft excel, MS office skills, including Power Point.
