Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently process and track customer invoices using Quick Books Online.
- Manage incoming payments, promptly follow up on overdue invoices, and ensure timely collections.
- Reconcile accounts receivable transactions and maintain accurate financial documentation.
- Generate monthly and quarterly financial reports, contributing to effective business decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure seamless operations.
- Provide administrative support as needed to facilitate smooth financial processes.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 1-2 years of proven experience in Accounts Receivable or a related financial role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Quick Books Online, Microsoft Excel, and financial reporting.
- Education: Associate's degree in Accounting or a relevant field.
- Communication: Fluency in English (B2/C1) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Key Traits: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM EST (Remote)
