This role
El Representante de Ventas es responsable de gestionar un territorio específico para aumentar las ventas, construir relaciones sólidas (con el personal de ventas y los gerentes de tienda) y captar nuevos socios comerciales.
Orientación a resultados, crecimiento, comunicación y negociación.
Responsabilidades
- Establecer relaciones sólidas con socios comerciales.
- Identificar y contratar socios comerciales.
- Ejecutar y optimizar las rutas de visita.
- Apoyar y aprovechar las oportunidades de desarrollo de cada socio comercial.
- Formar y entrenar a los socios comerciales.
Requerimientos
- Experiencia mínima de 3 años en cualquiera de las siguientes áreas: Atención al cliente, Ventas de campo (OEM, operadores de telecomunicaciones o distribuidores de telefonía clave).
- Experiencia en la firma, incorporación y activación de nuevos socios comerciales.
- Gran capacidad de comunicación, negociación y relaciones interpersonales.
