The position
As a Sustainability Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will:
- Develop and implement strategies to address environmental and social issues.
- Engage with stakeholders to build trust, identify opportunities to collaborate in programs that will enhance reputation.
- Maintain and enhance positive relations with external audiences, including the general public, , government, NGOs, etc.
- Promote the organisation’s image in a positive way.
- Manage internal communications campaigns within the Central America region.
Qualifications
We realise that few people are experts at everything. But if you can nod your head at the following attributes then you could be the person we are looking for:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience with Social Responsibility projects.
- Strategic Mindset to develop and implement sustainability strategies and engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of ESG risks and compliance requirements.
- Experience in pharmaceutical industry and Project Management is desirable
