Accountabilities
Ensure the budget proposal for the assigned Cluster (group of Projects ) and/or of a complex project
Ensure the budget proposal for the assigned Cluster (group of Projects ) and/or of a complex project
- Ensure the on time, on budget and on quality delivery
- Ensure the achievement of the defined targets in terms of Costs, Revenues, Margin and Cash in
- Ensure Client relationship by ensuring a single and direct managerial interface
- Contribute to the promotion of business opportunities and manage the Change Orders/Variation Orders
- Ensure customer satisfaction monitoring and the handling of any customer claim (e.g. identifying and applying any preventive/corrective action)
- Ensure projects and customer prioritization within the specific Cluster
