As a Revit Expert, you will play a crucial role in creating detailed documentation for interior design projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the process. Responsibilities
Develop and implement Revit models for interior design projects, focusing on accurate and detailed documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliverables.
Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
Generate and revise technical drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
Prepare and maintain an organized library of Revit families and templates for efficient project execution.
Stay updated with the latest Revit software updates and incorporate best practices into the design process.
Coordinate with project managers to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality outputs.
Develop photorealistic rendering of Interiors using.
Develop engaging client presentations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
Self sufficient/self starter/fast learner – not requiring a lot of repeat instruction.
Software: proficient in Revit, CAD, BIM360 and Photoshop.
Able to produce 3D views from Revit and Render (using software such as Enscape/Sketchup etc)
Vast experience in Revit for Interior Design documentation for big projects (Hotels, Towers etc)
Experience working in hospitality or multi-family projects
Creation of Families in Revit
Able to use Photoshop to render views exported from drafting software
Proficient English speaker (mandatory). Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with cross-functional teams.
