IT Help Desk Technician – PA

IT Help Desk Technician – Native - Bilingual

We are hiring an IT Professional Tech with help desk experience.
This is a remote work
Qualifications:
  • CRM experience, configure, customize, manage workflows, rules and reports of systems like Zoho CRM, Hubspot, Salesforce, etc…
  • Voice over IP knowledge e.g. Asterisk, Ring central, Five9, etc…
  • Knowledge of cloud service management tools like AWS, Azure or similar
  • Programming and API skills, apply knowledge of Javascript, Php, Python, SQL. Integration of custom functionalities API, and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Project Collaboration has worked on IT projects involving different areas, offering technical expertise and proactive solution to achieve team goals.
  • Native - Bilingual level of English- writing, reading, and speaking
  • Degree or certification in IT, Computer Engineering, web development or related job experience
Duties:
  • Managing and troubleshooting IT 3rd party systems and software
  • Help Desk and Network Administration support for multiple office users and work from home users
  • Support of our logistic systems and e-commerce API integrations like Shopify, Woo Commerce, Amazon, etc.
  • Maintain and update documentation such as IT inventories, and procedures
  • Communicate and work well within a team environment
  • Report of daily and monthly tasks to IT Manager and Supervisor
Pay rate: USD 800 - $1000
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: B/.800.00 - B/.1,000.00 per month
